Our own Ocean beach, the outside lands, the roughest tides, the bonfires. As rough and unfriendly as it is, the salty seas mist slaps you in the face and exposes the beautiful and powerful Pacific Ocean whenever the massive fog is not hogging the view, looking great under our winter sun. There are beautiful beaches -in their own terms- in San Francisco, don't forget.

I want to be there right now! It's snowing again here. Although it's a light snow I'm ready for green landscapes and sweater weather!!

ReplyDeleteI have been to a lot of beaches in a lot of places. Ocean Beach is my favorite beach in the world. I love wild, windy, cold beaches.
ReplyDeletemamaVee/ oh but I'll bet you'll be very happy to reach high 90s in the summer. We hardly get to high 70s... and we think it's way too hot :D

Ocean! I don't see many beach pics here and on CYLRAB, but I guess when you live and work in San Fran, the beach is a bonus, rather than a main event.
ReplyDeletewe actually go to the beach wuite often, just not what the typical california image is i suppose. we are surrounded by water :D
