hey beautiful, yes I have. though not nearly as much (yet) since they have officially opened. yes, you gotta try it, it's a must! that portapotty outside was so funny (it previously got its 2 seconds of fame: http://bikesandthecity.blogspot.com/2012/08/square.html)
Trouble, in the fave set, also has amazing toast+coffee, not sure if you have been there yet (45/46 Judah) xxom
As a long time reader (I left your blog in my RSS reader during your downtime and was glad to see it come back) I'll be in SF for the next four days and I'll be trying to get to some of the places I've read about on your blog. Won't have a bike with me so it will be by BART and foot. It's been almost 4 years since we were there last. If you see a pair of tourist looking types eating way more pastry then they should and asking around for good food spots, that'll be me and my wife. Looking forward to getting a Four Barrel coffee, a mission burrito and some agua fresca. Ride On! andrew
hei andrew, so nice to hear from you. THANK YOU for your kind words, they mean a lot esp. knowing you are a long time reader. wish you the best of times touristing around, with lots of pastries, +have a great time w/your wife in the city +travels ps. make sure to check out the bay bridge at night, the installation officially starts tomorrow [thebaylights.org] xxomeli
